Families Are a Work of Art

There are more than 6,000 children in the care of the state Department
of Children and Families due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. The
Connecticut Association of Foster and Adoptive Parents and DCF work
together to recruit foster families to provide safe, caring homes for
children as DCF and the courts plan for the children's futures.
